When you are granted access to the document all you have to do is open each shared chart link and save the layout in your platform. You’ll always have access to the shared chart links, so don’t worry if you lose one, but saving them in the platform will make things much easier. To save a layout, click on the 3×3 grid of dots, and select “Save flexible grid as…” From there give it a name, and it will stay in your list of layouts.
