1. General Policy – No Refunds

All sales made through Trade Brigade LLC are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorations for any products, services, or subscriptions, regardless of usage, partial usage, or time remaining in a subscription term. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

2. 1-on-1 Mentorship Calls

  • All 1-on-1 mentorship call sales are final.
  • Your purchase reserves a dedicated time block. You are responsible for arriving prepared with questions and topics to discuss.
  • We will honor reasonable rescheduling requests if notified in advance, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Trading Scripts

  • All trading script sales are final.
  • Once you have been granted access to the code, the sale is non-refundable.
  • Unauthorized sharing, resale, or distribution of scripts will result in account termination and may result in legal action under our Terms & Conditions.

4. Courses

  • All course sales are final upon purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including incomplete viewing of course materials.
  • Downloading, copying, or redistributing course materials is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and possible legal action under our Terms & Conditions.

5. Live Squawk Subscriptions

  • All Live Squawk subscription sales — monthly, quarterly, or annual — are final.
  • We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorations for any unused portion of a subscription, whether canceled before renewal or mid-term.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled by the subscriber through the “My Account” section.

6. Trials & Coupons

  • Trade Brigade LLC does not offer or honor any form of trial, discount coupon, or promotional pricing unless explicitly provided by us in writing.
  • Any material presented as a “trial” or “coupon” from an unauthorized source will not be accepted.

7. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from Trade Brigade LLC, you agree to this Refund Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. These documents contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations, including limitations and exclusions of liability, and a dispute resolution clause.
